In the ancient Chinese medicine theory, meridians are energy channels in the body. Qi is the vital life force energy that permeates all things, similar to prana in yogic terms. Blocked qi is believed to cause pain or illness and by clearing blockages we can restore health. Learn how yin yoga may restore the flow of qi in the body and bring us back to a state of balance or homeostasis.

Deeply restorative yin and nidra allowing you the time and space to fully let go, rest and restore. In this class we move from the usual mode of doing and into our true natural state of being. First finding stillness within our yin poses to relax the body and ending class with yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to relax the mind.
