

Meditate together
Meditation has become an incredibly important part of my life and through my practice I have come to realise how powerful it is to meditate together in groups. In this monthly meet up, we will sit for 20 minutes in silence. After the meditation there will be the opportunity to chat with others about their meditation experiences and share tips and techniques so we can all learn and grow together.

Please bring something comfortable to sit on, some warm layers or a blanket and perhaps a drink to enjoy afterwards. This meditation group is free to attend and there is no need to book.
