Yoga socials

Yoga has really taught me the importance of community. To make connections with other people who are passionate about yoga is a wonderful way to inspire us to keep practising. Each month I host a few yoga social events where we practise together and then enjoy either coffee or brunch after class. These sessions are a lovely opportunity to meet like minded people and become part of a friendly community.
